I have lived in the FM area more years than anyplace else. My house is my sanctuary, the place I relax, learn and grow, where I have fun and wrestle with life’s issues. It is my safe space and my shelter and one of the things I love most about my job is helping people find a place like this for themselves. Moving is a part of life though, and I feel like the best way I can help a seller is to make sure they have solid information to decide if improvements are necessary, if staging is appropriate, and to price the house well. Then I try to be the stress-carrier so that you can enjoy the process as much as possible! I have worked with lots of builders in the FM area as well, if that is your thing. I know the process, the possibilities, and the potential pitfalls with building. It is a great option for some people and we are fortunate in our area that buyers have lots of build options.
When I’m not working, I am a huge Bison football fan! There is football season, and waiting for football season right?! In addition to several sports events, the FM area is also rich with art – from painters and sculptors to glass works artists to makers of everything and performing arts of all kinds. One of my favorites, and an as-yet-not-fully-realized gem in our community is FM Ballet. As a casual homebrewer, I am loving the resurgence in craft beer and wine and we have so many great places for that! I have been, or still am, involved with Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity, Prairie Roots Food Co-op, HeartSprings Community Healing, and Bison Teammakers.
